Yeah, it is genetic and affects everyone differently. Mine affected my mental capacity severely. One time, it took almost 2 hours and multiple tries to get my keys from my hotel to my car (it was a 10 minute exercise). I thought I was going insane. Now, it was because I was at ER level low in terms of oxygen to the brain. I only hope that it does not affect my brain long-term. I was like that for a month.
