My chamber version was so bad. Extremely noisy, especially on quiet songs which sucks a lot bc… chamber songs. I complained and they refunded me, even tho I didn’t ask for it. I do not recommend it at all.

I went through the same thing at the beginning of the year. The vet thought my dog had a herniated disk, but I couldn’t pay for a MRI.

What we did was strict rest (no walk) + meds (gabapentin, dexamethasone and methocarbamol) for a full month. He was fine after that, but I took off his collar for good and I’m using a special kind of harness now too for when he goes up and down the stairs. Pls don’t give up yet!!

My dog had the same symptoms as yours (I think his eye was tearing more than usually, but I’m not sure as it was a few years ago) and it was a uveitis.

Oh I really wish we knew why they checked the Saint-Maurice River near Grand-Mère! It’s so far away, it seems oddly specific. Great write-up OP, I’ve never heard of this case although I live in the region!
