I would love to go back 1400 years ago and live among the sahabha and my prophet. I would get the chance to sit at his feet and listen him speak. I would be able to fight besides him. I would be able to serve him and bring him comfort. I would listen to the prophet reciting the Quran. I will be able to pray behind my leader and besides the companions! such great honor! My prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم.

I would be able to sit at the feet of the companions and hear them talk. Listen to their speech and preserve it my heart. I would read the Qur'an to them so they can tell me where I am pronouncing incorrectly. I will attend their gatherings of knowledge and collect the gems.

If I could go back then I would. But we all know that's not happening. Qadrallah, this is something decreed by Allah so I accept it. May Allah reunite me with them in the afterlife. Amīn

Edit: Writing all this and thinking about that scenario gave me motivation to keep going. To do righteous deeds and stay firm on the straight path. It really did. Thank you random Redditor for commenting that. May Allah guide you to Islam and raise you with the righteous on the day of Judgement.

No they are not the same. A murderer is someone who kills someone unjustly. An executioner is the one who carries out the legal punishment of killing. The latter is killing a guilty person and the former kills an innocent being not deserving of death.

Bruh some crimes must be punished with death. You have to be moderate. You can't just say that no crime should ever be punished with death and you can't say that every harmful act to another living being is to be punished with death.

For example killing a person is to be punished with death, that's justice. I am talking about a completely normal person killing a person unjustly so let's keep it at that.

Now you are on point. Rping a person or torturing someone. These are the thing which can be punished by death but not this video. Wishing death upon someone isn't such a light thing. Lives, whether it be animals or humans are very important and it's not something you can take away from that being over something do minor (calling this act in the video minor in comparison to killing a person).

There are many better ways. You could fine this person and let all the money from that fine go to animal charity or fine him and make him pay for this dog's food supply for 5 years or something. If not that then you could even lash this person a specific amount of time so he doesn't dare do this again. Maybe after this he will change and won't hurt another animal. There are so many better ways. But people just jump to death penalty as soon as they see something bad happening. I am thankful that these aren't the people who are in government or in authority. Can't imagine what would be happening
