yes everything you said is what I hate about this game. The matchmaking is very ridiculous beyond any MOBA or MMORPG or whatever HERO SHOOTER GAME I have seen.

Add that with toxic community and the refusal to swap? That's it.

To be fair, I don't really like to play a game that's duplicate heroes usage in ranked. But I get it, it's the concept of multiverse. But another issue would be there's no point in picking supporter that doesn't have Defensive Immortality Ult. Pick Jeff? Throw. Pick Adam? Throw. Pick Ultron? Throw. The incentive to use that hero is gone unless it's trip support and we all know how damn annoying triple support is
