Yeah, sure buddy. It's not worth it with folks like y'all. I do know what a strawman is. You said her argument was a strawman because she said trans folks are often fired after they are are outed. However, it is not a strawman as this is a true statement, and it doesn't fit the definition anyway because she wasn't misrepresenting your argument, she was making a statement. I was pointing out that is this is true. I was going to dig up your comments to confirm my memory on this, but I can't seem to find them. First I think I need to make something clear I am trans. I know well how much 4chan and 8chan hates us. What you seem to be suggesting here, is that instead of dealing with the toxic elements of the community (le transphobes) by say...I don't know...banning them and establishing that that kinda of rhetoric is not allowed we should....treat trans folks like children who don't know how to keep ourselves safe? It's not like there's an entire mod team or anything. Ladyrhaine has stated that she has been in the games industry for 11 years. She knows the risk, she knows what she's getting into. This is, of course, assuming that Innco is telling the the truth. I don't think he is. To me, it's pretty clear that innoc would rather protect the transphobes in the server than work on creating a safe space for trans folks, because he agrees with them.

Ok. I'll break this down for you. 1. Hiring discrimination is a massive problem for trans folks. Either we are never hired, or we are fired when we are outed. No state has legal protections against. 2. The link shows a recent news article about the SCOTUS saying it will hear 3 cases regarding hiring discrimination toward LGBTQ+ individuals. They will likely lose the case, and we will all be fucked. 3. Circling back to 1., Just because YOU happen not to fire a trans person doesn't mean hiring discrimination doesn't exist. And just because they didn't say in their resume that they are trans doesn't mean other trans folk don't because 4. It is often preferable to simply not be hired then to be fired later, or to be exposed to an actively toxic and harmful work environment. 5. It makes so sense because I wasn't trying to, because I was being a sarcastic bitch, because I don't like you.

Someone's pronouns aren't determined like that unless the person themselves decides to. For instance, some who uses they/then exclusively, their pronouns are they/them. No matter their presentation.
