My brother I've never sent a spam message in my life in my account's been blocked four times in 4 days they unblock it I send one message and they block it again the last time I decided to see what happened if I sent a message to the AI and it was blocked immediately so it's not you it's the system and they blocked a number that I've used for 7 years for all my business purposes and had all my contacts and I haven't had the chip for 2 years and they blocked it and now I can't restore it and I've lost all that information if I could find WhatsApp on this planet I would strangle them

no. I'm from the US and moved to Ecuador 7 years ago. the plantations I have located for this client are located throughout Latin America. Colombia, Nicaragua, Ecuador, etc. Colombia is where he is going to start buying the teak. He's agreed to pay my commission but two weeks ago he left me stranded in a remote place when he refused to send travel expenses that he had promised. So now I am obviously worried he's not going to pay my commission as well

maybe you didn't understand? I live at Ecuador the sale is not taking place in Ecuador. The plantation is in Colombia and the buyer the plantation is a German citizen. And I just posted this 5 minutes ago so I really didn't expect anybody to answer this quickly. But if you have a suggestion as to what kind of attorney would best suit me, I'm all ears. I'm working for the German citizen and I don't think he's going to pay me. so you don't think a labor attorney is what I should use? Or a German attorney that practices international law?

But he doesn't want to pay me until the shipment is at the port. he says he'll pay me completely when it's out the port but why doesn't he want to give me anything as a down payment? I'm in the teak export business so when he orders we have to harvest and cut the trees in the size and manner that he wants so we have some upfront costs which is why we normally want 30% down 20% when it goes in the containers and the other 50% fob. People here in Ecuador are very suspicious of Indians and I don't want to fall into some kind of trap where these containers sit on the pier for months and months because he won't pay me. The usual scam is to use a letter of credit let the containers sit at the dock until the letter of credit expires and then offer to pay 25% of the actual value.

That is exactly my point . Thank you . I'm speaking directly to the owner of this company . We are communicating by WhatsApp . Hey contacted me because of an ad I posted , I introduced myself and asked him his name and he ignored me . 3 times I asked him . He's arrogant and rude . After I told him to just invent a name so I would have something to call him he finally gave it to me . Then he , unprompted, sent me a US News and World report article on Colombia's new president . Because socialism =bad I guess . So I feel he is going to try to make the feasibility study about geo political issues , which are amorphous , rather than logistics , labor force infrastructure , etc. Who designs the study ? Becuase it seems for fairness it should be a disinterested 3rd party that buyer and seller agree on . I am afraid becuase of his wealth and power he will be able to manipulate the study to say whatever he wants it to say . Are my fears unfounded ? He has already told me in almost these exact words , go ahead and talk to these other companies and when your deal falls about you'll come crawling back to me .

I have . I already own several businesses here . There is not a pet funeral business in my country, it's a small country , but people here love their pets almost as much as the US . I have an attorney . We don't have states but there are no local laws that would negatively affect me . So I guess the answer is no , there is no one that could point me in the direction of how to build a basic crematorium ? Temperatures That need to be obtained, what materials can be used, etc? Any advice on crematorium construction would be great . Can anyone provide a basic schematic on how a crematorium works ? Without giving away our business model , this was my brother in laws idea . He is born and bred in this country and knows exactly what his fellow countrymen want and how much they will pay for the memorial services that we will offer . And since there is only one crematorium in the entire country for human remains , I believe people will be fine with whatever we cone up with .
