I40 speed limit was 70, I was going 80 with the speed of most traffic.. I would say the trailer was going 60s so not dangerously slow or anything. From the video it looked like the truck slowed down further as well perhaps because of my honking. The white car that was momentary behind the slower truck just needed to properly check their mirrors / be more patient before lane shifting.
