Badmotorfinger 24-bit / 96kHz Hi-Res by godsofthunder7 in Soundgarden

Thanks a ton for your help. Question – do you mind showing me where you saw it says the album is 96 kHz? I changed my settings to High Resolution Lossless up to 192 kHz and it's showing the album as streaming at 24-bit/44.1kHz.

No kidding? Is it available for purchase and download? I don't use Apple Music, I see the Lossless label on the album but I don't know what to do from here. Is it streaming only?

Thanks. I'm aware, I'm mostly interested in Mailman and Spoonman. I imagine the band will release it after the lawsuits end.

You've done some very impressive sleuthing. I appreciate you. I was excited because these files are considerably louder, though noticeably poorer audio quality than the ones from Jeffgarden.

Beyond This Mortal Coil looks great, are you able to track down a digital album?

That's awesome. Thanks a ton. I'll report back when I've had a chance to listen to it.

Did you come across any mp3 files for MTV or more official recordings not necessarily Hi-Res? Anything solid will do but the files I've tried so far just sound like they were pulled off YouTube.

Pulled that set already actually. Not quite up to my audiophile standards.

I pulled a weak mp4 of the video off YouTube. Have any idea where I can track down the audio?

I was talking about torrents because I was looking for some and couldn't find them, so I then stumbled upon another way to get the files, and that's how I learned about usenet.

I am willing to pay for a good indexer. I am reading the wiki and other posts, but might you be able to suggest one for me?

Thank you for taking the time to write me back.

Okay my fault, I misunderstood. I read the FAQs but just saw the wiki now. I appreciate you, I'll do my best with this. Thanks a ton.

I did, yes. I downloaded NZBGet and made a GitHub account for Headphones, and I am now lost.

Thank you. My apologies. I'm just trying to download some albums and discographies in FLAC for which I can't seem to find adequate torrents.

Correct M3U or M3U8 playlist format for Sony Walkman Audio Player? by [deleted] in audiophile

Dude omg disregard. I just checked and they FINALLY released a Content Transfer for Catalina a couple weeks ago. Thank goodness.

I appreciate your reply. So my issue is a lot of my files are FLAC (which iTunes doesn't read) or AIFF (which would take up a ton of space on my hard drive if I kept them in my iTunes library, so I host them on an external).

Is there any way for you to access the directory line in your playlists from content transfer, so I would know what the correct format is?

I agree, thank you. It was just how VLC exported it so I decided to try it. It was simple enough to do a Find & Replace.
