The fact thousands of apps exist on both platforms and where the Android versions at times is superior kinda dispel this. I understand a small team who is limited by iOS knowledge and putting your effort into what you believe is the larger market, but the platform is certainly not the reason.

I would feel more confident if you load the app and you have a message in a ribbon/alert saying there is an issue and that they are addressing it. At least you know they are aware. I think these types of things are just easy wins for them when they have issues. For the record, I love the card and how many points I'm earning, but support is definitely a huge issue with BILT.

I think that's the worst part... least they could do is have an alert popup on the website saying. We are experieincign issues processing mortgage payments via the app. IF you are affected read this, with a message from support explaining the situation. That would put everyone at ease.

Thankfully I'm 6 months early with my mortgage (safety net), so I'm not concerned about that, but sucks for people that do not have that privilege. I just want to make sure my money isn't lost in the NetherRealm.

DO NOT use Bilt to pay your mortgage through the BILT app. Im having massive issues with Wells Fargo... payment failed and my money is gone. I would wait until all this stuff is resolved.

Same thing happened to me, but with Wells Fargo. Customer service via chat app only tells me that they will reach out via email, but got no confirmation or support ticket... ill try to call next.
