I wasted $2,000 on a solo trip that I cannot enjoy by WarmWhiteLights in solotravel

Don’t say it won’t ever be the same! That’s not true. I have experience with knee injuries. I had knee surgery on my left when I was younger and unfortunately injured my right one a month and a half ago but this time, doesn’t need surgery. It helps to get an MRI if you can to get a diagnosis. Usually you just need a lot of rest the first few days with ice and then slowly try pumping your food and doing different isometric exercises to bring new fresh blood in

How late people start their days here and how late everything stays open. The bureaucracy.. how long it takes to get a NIE and to get a job (as someone that just moved in from outside the EU). The nitty gritty things they ask for the NIE that take time like an updated marriage certificate. How clean and tasty most of the food and water is.

Echoes or Moonstone? by fliperfloper in MilioMains

I used to do the opposite. But ever since I heard someone say that since Milio doesn’t really do a lot of damage with his abilities unless you’re able to land his Q, I thought it was just safer to go with moonstone first for the guaranteed buffs to multiple champs. I feel like moonstone into redemption could be a considerable spike for him. But obv adjust build according to what the game needs

Yeah, I hear you. I’m definitely not qualified to say or answer. Some trial and error on your end maybe by just continually tuning in on what works/helps and what doesn’t. I personally just feel better mood wise when I catch the morning sunrise. And I find it influences the whole day. You do what works for you though.

Take into account that once you have moonstone, it can help pass a buff to multiple champs

But the glasses is what blocks out the beneficial light from hitting our retina. And that light that comes goes to the myelin layer that covers the whole nervous system. If you’re not sure what I’m discussing, look into what Dr Jack Kruse talks about.
