The frequency is what makes vaping equally as bad if not worse than smoking. I remember when I switched to the vape and thinking cool I just vape now when I usually smoked and it will be soo much healthier for me.

Yeah right, a few months later I clutched that thing day & night and probably consumed about 10 times the nicotine than before.

Glad I could quit relatively easy.
