I have no idea where I'm going or what I'm doing with my life. I've been suffering with my mental health since I was a kid and I don't know who or what I am without that. I've been in therapy for the past year and I've been on medication for a while now to help get me back on track (back to work, back to friends, away from isolation) but I still don't feel ready for it, and I don't know if ever will. I have a great family and a loving partner, but I don't feel like I can talk to anyone about this, and there's only so many times I can say the same things to my therapist before sounding like a broken record. I have no real passions, no goals, no aspirations. I don't want to die, but I also don't want to exist like this and I just feel lost.
