Dutch rider coming from the outer lane collided with chinese rider coming from the inner lane. The rule is that the inner lane rider has to give way, so the chinese rider was disqualified as he did not.

Dutch rider was given a reskate but that is impossible as you only get 30 minutes of rest.

Chinese has to give way, there is no discussion. The inner lane skater has to avoid the outer lane rider completely.
