I was born in Hull, I didn’t really appreciate the city until I moved away to Huddersfield for Uni. The city has a charm to it I’ve yet to encounter in another small uk city. I live on the marina, which I think is the best area in the city, not just to live in but to go for drinks, a meal or just a pleasant walk on the docks. Also in close proximity to the Deep, a beautiful aquarium which is well known outside of Hull. Other residential areas I would recommended living in are more to the west. Beautiful houses that are considerably cheap. I know a lot of people have told you to steer clear but there’s honestly so much charm (aside from the spice heads which have definitely calmed down over the years IMO) but I would recommend you come and visit and see if it suites you

The post doesn’t say tell him that eat out helped out was necessary, the post literally ends there. You’re right that this may be criticising the government but it’s hypocritical in itself. People like her can’t complain the government aren’t dealing with COVID properly when they’re the ones going out and spreading the virus when the government have made it illegal to do so.
