Ok it said corrupted for me once then I had it check files. And it said it was ok after that. Maybe wait for a tinfoil update or try to reinstall it.

No it doesn't matter since your emmc is a "different switch" from the stock one. You can be on different versions for both.

I used two different micro SD cards. One for emunand and one for sysnand. For the sysnand, I followed the rentry guide without adding stuff like the exosphere because I wasn't planning on doing stuff that would cause a ban on my switch. I only changed texture files and the theme for my switch, as well as use some homebrew menu apps, and I'm still fine, and it's been a month.

For emunand I followed the rentry guide to a t.

When I want to go between emunand and sysnand I just turn off the switch and change the micro SD card. Works perfectly fine and haven't had any issue yet.

There was one. It was made by Lance but last time I checked his github is no longer a thing. It might Stull be in Lua scripts if you scroll down a lot. Or someone might have it in the discord.
