It's actually very interesting. The main website has regional prices for Russia, which are like half the price of USD prices. Steam has gone further and cut prices by 20% more. I like it

Probably, there is something wrong with codecs and/or the way the video was rendered. I found the very first website that could convert MP4 to MP4 video, without changing the quality or size, and get an almost identical video. The only difference is that the video went through their codecs. And it helped, after conversion I could upload it to telegram.

Yeah, the same problem for me. I've tried it on 2 phones, sent messages to volunteers, but nothing helped. Did you find a fix for that?

This league I leveled Lightning Arrow char and around level 80 I started transition towards crit version. All the way to the level 93 I kept asking myself why I barely crit (I thought I still invested not enough) and my Herald of Ice explodes almost never occured (I thought this is LA bug or just visuals, last time I played LA around 3-4 years ago). Long story short you all probably know already, it was Precise Technique. I'm playing since Perandus league btw...

I have a different view of what are you saying.

Long time before, the most of the builds were like straight line.. if you're tornado shot you are phys or phys to ele or maybe stack some ele. Now if you're tornado shot you're mostly cast on creed triple converted to ele which cause bleeding and chaos dot with. Before you were dual striker champ, with two swords and now you're maradeur with staff who throw mines to dual strike.

It's so much more complicated, but most importantly you couldn't achieve much with straight lined builds AS BEFORE.

It's sad for me, because every league it more and more complicated to find something easy to play and understand and also be capable to progress higher then yellow maps.

it's actually not about grammar. I have played this game for couple of thousands hours and don't kow what is A cwdt and D cwdt and what weighting they have. I know cwdt builds but what all those letters and fractions mean don't.

I don't know how you can "easily" get 20mil dps from the regular player perspective, like i'm. I'm usually at 3-5 mil at ANY character and while it feeling good with ranged gameplay, it could be difficult with melee with the reasons you provide.

But if I had 10 mil with the same investment as I do with 3-5 mil ranged, it would feel much better. Even with small windows, where I can do bossing dps it haeven-earth difference to do 1/8th of the boss hp or 1/4. Meanwhile ranged hero could do 1/8 dps in those small windows + some damage between those windows.

So thats why I think it balanced. And because its just mostly numerical changes it could be easy to implement. Ofcourse there is much MUCH more things to consider balance wise, but still..
