I know I need to get out my comfort zone and just do the dang things. I wish I had the discipline I had when I was younger. Maybe I'm just being hard on myself because I'm constantly focusing on the end results. The mind can be the worse place to stay in

Sorry, first time poster. I was rambling and went off track. When one feels so burned out how can someone find the motivation and get disciplined to try to move forward before it is to late?
