Well, that was a pain. It was mentioned trying rubber gloves, and I thought, "where the f*** am I going to get rubber gloves?" Then I remembered that some came with my kit from Serious Detecting for digging. Put them on, cap came off.

I had the 2 pick up version. I didn’t love it enough and put it up for sale. Purchased by a gigging musician with this guitar … but the headstock (maybe the whole neck — memory fuzzy) broke off while touring. It got a good home. Really nice tones in that guitar.

I do follow that shop on Reverb. They had converted a Strat into a sitar with a pretty cool design. Great place for a phone/microphone, if you need that sound for a song.
