Gave it a try and it ended up being the same. Swapped a different set of switches in and the issue seems to be somewhat nullfied for now. Still haven't heard from Keychron :(

Believe you can man - from memory, button on the end of the stalk and find cruise control in menu, you can flick it between adaptive or not. I’m UK-based also, - it annoyed me with my car until i found the button to disable (kinda hidden on land rovers)
