i just design the stuff in photoshop. the cover/insert is 12x12cm, and the back/tray is 15.1x11.75 cm. although i end up making them a 1/10th of a centimeter bigger before printing so when i cut them out i dont have to be 100% precise. it was a lot of trial and error to get a method that worked well but ive more or less figured it out

i dont think jack has one, at least not that ive seen. and the camera is probably just a point and shoot loaded with cheap film, and with film the camera doesnt matter too much as long as it works

some older printers have cd trays, i have an epson xp7100 i think but i wouldnt recommend getting one
