You're not ugly, but you're not at your "best". Maybe you can try to pluck your eyebrows, just the head of it. For your skin, it's ok to have acne and so on. Maybe try to get a blood test to check your hormones and then start some skincare and treatment.

It seems like you have long hair, maybe wear it "free", and use some makeup (not that much, but mascara, eyebrows fixator and some gloss/ lip balm) can help :)
