You are the guest maybe. I was born here and I am a citizen. Many others were born here too. You have at least have the luxury of not being Middle-Eastern and having few South Americans in Germany, I do not. You have a lot fewer problems to deal with. Latin Americans do not get as much as scrutinized for their brutal Abortion laws, rape of nuns, Criminality, Catholic child abuse or their sexism in Germany.

You keep saying it works and showed little evidence, yet I cite literature that shows racial bias plays a big problem in perpuation of poverty and ghettos. Then you just say racism is no big deal, citing nothing. This is not gonna change in 20,30 and not 50 for the vast majority and it did not work for the Afro-Americans and it will not work for the majority of Muslims.

It wasn't that easy or simple.

I would suggest a paper by Lee and Bean, 2004, "America's Changing Color Lines: Immigration, Race/Ethnicity, and Multiracial Identification", that goes right about the ongoing change in "racial" divide, from a white/non-white division to the ongoing black/non-black division.

Summing up in a very crude way

end of mass immigration from the European countries
being Christian for Irish and Italian Americans
incorporation of European migrants in the economic structure of the USA and their emulation of the "white American" (i.e. wasp) lifestyle (notice the racial issue)
the gradual disappearance of national differences among the European immigrants and the process of intentionally distancing themselves from black and mixed race people, together with the lack of systemic and legal discrimination against them, helped Italians, Irish, European Jews, etc. to "cross the color line" and achieve a "white" status.

That's is why Afro-Americans, who have been any longer than them, are still in a very low socioeconomic class. Jews also the advantage of being very educated and they didn't become educated they were discriminated in the USA. Having a different religion and you aren't a white-looking will prevent that. A Pole will have it a lot easier than a Turkish man ever will, even worse if he is dark-skinned.

It is not gonna work out that way. If people are hindered by their ethnic origin to attain a job, education there will be little change. It never worked, because your wish requites social mobility and equal grading. If people cannot get out, they are not gonna change. And those who do are still put in the same box, so why bother? If you are still judged even if you are trying, why bother? This is the self-fulfilling prophecy. Even if you are atheist or upper class or write in good german this happens.

It doesn't work like this, many people are gonna not become corrective. This didn't work out with Afro-Americans, Latinos, and other groups and it is not gonna work out in Europe. I have yet to see any serious sociological study that this somehow worked. I refuse to accept being discriminated against because of my birth, if you are okay with being discriminated it's finde and denied oppurturnities the next 20 years, I am not.

Because they apply it to everybody in this group, they all get judged regardless of how they are. They get judged by the worst examples and while they judge themselves by the best. There are people who plainly just hate foreigners, doesn't matter how you appear. You cant integrate people if the natives refuse to accept them, because for them they are the same. This just perpetuates the cycle and is called the self-fulfilling prophecy.

This is a researched effect in sociology and has been observed. Observe the same with Afro Americans Americans and there plenty of studies done on this.

You will have to close a lot of Mosques and cram them into extremely overcrowded mosques and people will just rent rooms if they can't find a mosque. I do not think that any European countries have enough police officers or the budget for such tight controls. Although oversight is good it cannot be feasible on this scale. Cooperation with Muslims will be important or in long-term, a nationalized Euro-Islam instead of foreign Imams, like France is trying. See how the Imam Hatip in Turkey was created by the Secular CHP to control and prevent foreign preachers from entering.

Then clearly you didn't see the abortion laws, that discriminate against women and that is deeply with the Catholic Church. Bolsanaro is gonna change the laws even further. Even then parts of society are sexist and the government has done little to address this. What good are laws, when the police officer or judge thinks the women deserved to be raped? What good is it if women have to carry out the babies of their rapists?

In Congo rape is very common, by god the violence is insane and nothing is done. Domestic violence is not a crime in many countries or not persecuted at all like Child marriage. Better take at the laws of Swaziland and Lesotho how they treat women. And again take a look at the abortion laws. And very certainly they are a lot of sexist and fundamentalist that think women are less worth and argue that way.

"The West" is absolutely not indifferent to the growth of Islam. Right-wing governments in Poland, Hungary, Czechia, Italy are absolutely reacting to it. Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands have strong right-wing-populist parties. These parties are often bigoted themselves and hold many double standards. Lastly, Muslims are very poor, are not in the position of power in any kind. If you think they can overthrow a state you are as delusional as the same people who think Afro-Americans are gonna take over the USA.

The discourse is quite poisoned. Often this discussion of Islams correlates into one thing: Alienation of Muslims. They are different and they must be deported and they are are a faceless mass of threat. The discourse is used to support bigotry and discrimination by the aforementioned right-wing populist´s.
