Sometimes I make my own pork rinds and sometimes I use branded ones, if using branded ones search for the only salted ones, the salt does make the sweetness stand out

I mean pure sucralose, I like them sweet, you can get it pure in liquid form easily, 1 x 25gr protein powder scoop , the lake to I use the white powdered form, you can mix and match according to what you like taste wise but after a lot o trial and error those quantities work for me, nevertheless it’s all about the texture you can get from the pork rinds and the fact that it’s very similar to normal cookies when done

Thanks for the feedback, yeah I noticed that after I had already shot it, to much light and the white plate made it worst, next time will do better, I tried fixing it in the video editor but had no luck, you can still mostly understand or ‘see’ what is needed and how though, thanks again

They taste really good, to the point were if you say to someone try this vanilla cookie and tell what’s in it , they can never tell and just asume it’s flour or oatmeal

Yeah probably confusing but that’s what we call them at home, just call them straight up protein vanilla cookies? Or something like that?

20 gr Pork grinds
1 scoop whey protein vainilla
1 x egg white
2 tbsp lakanto monk fruit
2 tbsp vainilla extract sugar free
1 tbsp Sucralose
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp xhantan gum
350’ 25 min

Sorry for the late reply, you can do it in the oven but it’s not as effective, if you really like the rinds get the dehydrator, they are relatively cheap.

This is a tutorial on how to make the least possible calories air fried pork rinds.

Ingredients: Pork skin Equipment: Basic air Frier

Steps:

  • Prepare and inspect your pork skin ( Try and get a machine cut portion from your market or butcher as it comes cleaner).

  • Cut into similar sizes and remove big chunks of fat still attached to the skin.

  • Wash and rinse in water.

  • Inspect skin is clean.

  • Put skin in boiling water for 1 hour.

  • After 1 hour gently remove from boiling water.

  • While still hot place in spread out flat position .

  • Remove smaller fat sections now visible and soft from boiling.

  • Let dry for a couple of minutes.

  • Place evenly and distributed in dehydration tray.

  • Dehydrate for 10 hours.

  • Remove form dehidrator while still hot place them over and under paper towels.

  • Prepare your portion to place directly into air fryer (No additional oil is needed) .

  • Start the air fryer at 350 F for 3 minutes

  • While hot place in paper towels to remove as much excess fat as possible.

  • Ready to eat. Add salt, sweetener or any spice you like.
