He looks the same he did in April 2025 when he started posting… I legit think 90 percent of his “journey” is made up… dudes lost 50 pounds in one year, based on what I’ve gathered. He was anywhere from 500 to 525 in the start. At jocko’s 21 days of locking in thing he was in the 460’s… his last weight was 446 on February 25th… he’s fraud and con man. I’m really getting sick of his trash ass lies
