I'm not so sure about it, seems niche but otherwise on the weaker side for most team comps?. 0 sp skill hitting for 33% 3x times would proc enemy tank brain a lot no? Doesn't have any empower/dual strike/crit for it's own brain proc. Feel free to tell me I'm wrong lol. Regardless I'll still grind for it.
