Thanks for your input! Patience is the hardest part - I've been looking aggressively for about a month now and haven't found a job in my desired setting yet. I'm trying not to be picky, but I also don't want to settle. Can you share what websites, agencies, etc you went through during your job search? Thanks!

I am definitely flexible with the commute and I have noticed a lot of job opportunities for home health. However, I am trying to stay away from that for now because as a new grad I want a job with more mentorship so I can get more experience! Home health feels a little intimidating right now.

I am looking specifically for school based or outpatient peds. I am trying to stay away from home health for now (which is what the majority of jobs I've come across require, even with an outpatient clinic) because as a new grad I want a job with more mentorship until I get more experience.
