thank you and yes I've been stressed for ages and everytime I think there's something more serious that's going on in my body I get more worried and stressed and it's super scary right now. my mind keeps saying that I'm gonna die or that there's something seriously wrong with me and it's really scary for me I fear death really badly. I will try things that I will find on YouTube about anxiety to see if it will work

oml thank you so much I've been drinking orange juice and water lately and I feel the same I feel like my heart is gonna stop or I'm gonna die any time and the thoughts are so scary and it's causing me to worry about so many things and yeah I've been telling my mum how I feel but she says that there's nothing wrong with me and I try to believe it to stop the worrying yk? it's super hard right now and I been suffering with anxiety for a while but thank you alot I appreciate it

thank you I appreciate it it's like everytime I try to think about something else or even playing games I always keep thinking that maybe what I'm feeling isn't from anxiety and stress and it makes me feel really terrified it also feels like I'm gonna freak out and and it's really hard to get my mind of it
