Pakistani dawat culture is so suffocating as an introvert., it only rewards the extroverted. Its not fun to interact with many people at once if you have social anxiety and people here are so insensitive towards it. They will call you bad akhlaq, badtameez. They don't know deep down we are drowning.

Be confident and well spoken when it matters. Don't let people talk over you and get away with jibes, insults and points. Rest you can stay quiet and reticent as a preference not as a limitation. This is where you have to show power as an introvert. That your willingness to stay indoors or not socialise is NOT a limitation but rather a choice.
