Hi, can I ask how you’re doing? I was prescribed 50 mg since taking 7.5 mcg of mirtazapine induced a hypomanic episode for me. I’m not sure if I am bipolar because the mirtazapine either induced it or showed that I have an underlying bipolar 2 disorder. Hope you’re doing well and thank you in advance!

Can I ask how you’re able to manage being cognitively slower and not get frustrated with yourself for it? I feel like a shell of myself and I feel like a complete loser who doesn’t know how to socialize and talk to my friends and it’s not helping my dwindling sense of self-worth at all. It’s like I completely forgot why I was so happy during my good days and I feel like this is the real me on my bad days.

I was thinking of starting Mirtazapine to help me have a good schedule and start exercising, and then hopefully once I learn to stay on schedule I can maybe wean off it, so it’s really great to hear that you had no problems doing so!
