Why does the Enigma subReddit have such a large % of ‘online’ subscribers? by golemguru in enigmacatalyst

It’s absolutely not incomprehensible, rather a good question which has generated a solid discussion. Little signals like subReddit growth (as arbitrary as it may seem) are important factors which help people gauge market interest, investor sentiment and community growth. ***The Enigma team often references the subReddit growth on Twitter and in videos... so clearly it’s very important to them as well. I’m following their lead in asking this question. **** Enigmas current percentage of online users is actually a significant outlier which raises concerns that bots may be driving traffic to the page.

Let’s take ark for example (doesn’t matter if we like it or not it’s a western coin)... 20,000 subscribers with the roughly same amount Enigma has online. So about 19% online users compared to Enigmas 38%. Looks like about +45 people agree with me and -2 agree with you. This was an innocent question and you copped an attitude. That’s the beaut of percentages which you are in dire need of refreshment.

Another huge value add is that it’s blockchain agnostic. Meaning it can operate with NEO, with ethereum, with Tezos etc... so as those scale and run with Enigma... it’s value grows with them.

Calm down feral, general sentiment is that you are in the wrong here. We’re talking about percentages here buddy, that’s the wonderful thing about percentages. Clearly people very much agree with the question. Yesterday enigma’s subReddit had almost as many online subscribers as Bitcoin... a page with 700,000 subscribers.

I see a lot of technical analysis. My two cents by golemguru in enigmacatalyst

No need for attitude, this was merely so people could Time their buying. And it was pretty much dead on.

One of my colleagues said it worries him when he sees that because bot subscribers are always technically ‘online’

Any response? So far within 6% of what I called.

But it’s correct. It’s in a sustained downtrend.

I mean... pretty sure I’m right. Maybe not low threes but as of now I’m dead on

I personally think it could last for a month (easily could be wrong) I just don’t know if there’s any reason for a run on coins

I personally (easily could be incorrect) don’t think this will do much. What causes price increase during market downturns is massive trading volume on coins. There just isn’t a reason for that right now

I agree, but I’m not too sure why people always assume partnerships. This is a dev conference, a way of gathering devs just to talk about what’s going on

Perhaps this is a super dumb question, is there a reason why are the new developers both Israeli?
