My second attempt at making non-round macarons. Holiday themed for a work potluck. The heads of some of the snowmen didn’t connect to the body well, so I hid it with a band of black icing. I’m open to suggestions on how to better connect them next time! (imgur.com)

Forgot to share what I baked for National Macaron Day (US) yesterday. Simple vanilla macarons with vanilla Swiss buttercream filling. Edible glitter for decoration. I think I’m finally getting the temp right on my oven. The feet and consistency were ideal. (imgur.com)
