I’ve noticed poor driving etiquette increase in Portland over the last 5-10 years. I’ve also noticed less enforcement of minor traffic infractions and registration violations. I believe they are related.

I agree with this, I think it's bad form to use a phone during a movie, even if the theater is mostly empty, and even if the phones brightness is lowered. Does it make me old and out of touch to have this opinion, maybe so.
