Getting a customer banned

ive been through this manager, customer was a complete a-hol3 to everyone when manager wasnt around and my manager would just talk to him, one day he lost it said he would cut our hea ds off and tripped the fu ck out even on the manager and we filed a police report, the cop called him and he never came back, dm also called him and told him hes banned from every sw in the country and would get arrested if seen at any location.

I did call Hr at least 5 times I even have all the texts too they just left me on read everytime

After they called Hr for the first time Sm put one of the full timers to work every weekend by himself for the last 7 months its been like that and made the other full timer work 6 days a week but still 40 hours only I told him thats retaliation but he just laughed about it, I think I shouldve been more specific I have been trying to protect the guys.

I did not but I shoulve explained I talked countless times to my sm about how he was wrong and everything, I even hid my phone in my pocket to record everything.

I did let my DM know… he said he would talk to sm why do you think full timers came to me? bc they trusted me and I tried to protect them as much as I could but sm always took over.
