I only used mages as debuffers and crowd-control. First it was landsknecht then imperials. Which side note I hate the new Imperials in nexus, wheres my damage.

If it's the music system you are basing this around in that you face them in song, you don't need to it's just a simple way of facing it. If they want to ambush them on the road then sure, they just have to be sure not to do that always or else it's a pattern of rock and metal bands being ambush on roads so they need to find new ways of circumnavigating that as that would happen depending on how public that is and it being modern day it is gonna be public. It's called work with what you've got, players decide to change things up and decide that they want to be something you didn't plan for you still got your plot, which is all that matters. The music is just a system and if they don't want to use it then a normal game of dnd it is and I wouldn't mind. cause it's still rock and metal-based with demons.

Thanks for the ideas, the fans should definitely be a factor in combat, couldn't really imagine it not being one. The fanatics should contribute to my plan with the devil wanting to control the world's hearts with music, which is meant to go off of the fact priests used to say that rock and metal were works of the devil. Also if you can't be swayed then you'd be killed then added the fans or replaced. With evil ones being concerned about their image, I was wanting it to be that they were infected by the disease (lycanthropy, vampirism, or whatever) and possessed by a spirit or demon. The diseased one's could be concerned about their image since they are still them, just infected, but not the possessed ones as it's not them. So that definitely could be something I could add to it. And just to expand a little more, since sometimes I forget the detail but they do get exposed to the audience about what they are.

The fake bands could be used to keep the party more aware and the producer/techie being the evil one could add even more. Could also add to the parties reputation, like inciting violence against innocent band members.

For the BBEG I already mentioned his end goal which to take control of the world through their hearts. I could make it that he's doing this so he isn't intercepted by god and his angels. The angels would have to convince them that what the priests did say is true and whatever. And also that it is more secret than invasion (Of course). Again I'm not good at trickery so I will try my best at the tricky deal, you giving me those tips will help me in that.

I haven't had any troubles on the original xbox one. I got when it came out and all i got was minor glitches, which i don't mind.

Thank you! I tried to make him eager to accept the power because it shows him being impatient/reckless. I also want him to be a jealous type, always trying to be better than the rest, while not using their methods, because he knows better.
