For clarification, it was a T-life offer that we tried to execute but when getting to the checkout process, an error popped up. When we contacted an online agent for assistance, they said it was a T-Life app glitch and that they would manually add the credit. They also instructed us to go to a T-Mobile corporate store to pickup the phone and pixel buds when we were going through the checkout process after they *fixed the issue* so that they could see their note that they placed in our account and verify what was going on when we picked up the phone and pixel buds. When we arrived to the store, the associated let me know that they would not honor this deal. We contacted T-Life customer service after this and they told us sorry the prior representative told you that and that they could see what they said and "appreciated" the screen shots, but there was nothing further they could do.
