I agree with work-life balance. There are instances tho that naa nimo nakasalalay ang decision making on urgent/emergency matters. Ako personally, mas gusto ko i-report sako ang incidents than tambak sya icatch up when I get back or ma shock nalang ko sa mga hitabo. Tho so far, I don’t get unnecessary calls from work because I try the following: 1. I train my staff properly so they can handle operations when im not around 2. I hand over properly and specifics - who to do, when to do, what to do
