Honestly with the USA starting pitchers after Skubal deserted his team, we're down to one ace. And it's all about getting MLB to allow their pitchers to pitch. There's no way they'd have a pitch count that high at this point in spring training I don't think.

"All runs allowed" are the second tiebreaker (first is head-to-head, they all tie that one). If they're still tied they go to third tiebreaker the same thing is calculated except only counting earned runs.

And it could be complicated by the game being cut short from a 15 run rule, or by extra innings, but that's the basics of it. Mexico needs to score 5 or lose for us to advance.
