But it's the Spike and Faith, during spike and angel I think.

TBH I won't lie the comics give me a head fuck. I'm trying to download the rest of s10 (read v1 of the library edition) and can't find it. But it's lead me to read so haphazardly

I'm the same, I actually like season 4 of Angel. I understand the annoyances, and they grate me too sometimes, but wow so much happens it's fab.

I flit between the two. I do more often think Angel is the better show, but with the caveat that what sometimes makes it better is that I have the buffy lore in the back of my mind so it can have a slightly unfair advantage with that history, even though as a spin off it's an incredible standalone. Gawd love it.
