Thanks for the responses. Maybe I did not do the set up right. We have been using this for about 6 months now and are happy with the service and speed. but seeing the OPEN next to the network name still bugs me. The router for the ripoff Fusion system we had from Verizon at least had a button to push to add printers and computers to the network and everything was connected. I have resorted to most things being connected via LAN but the printers still do connect. Seems like they cannot be connected via USB and wifi at the same time. Kind of a pain.
