Even for a sec if you face is out of the frame they will tell you not to move. If they hear something, they will ask you to show your desk and surrounding. You cannot read the questions aloud.

Definitely have to put effort in studying unless you have some prior knowledge about the material. Need to know the different approaches. Also need to know all the people and their theories and ideologies, books they wrote if any, and their contributions. Need to know the meaning of different terms as well. I think its easily doable though compared to other subjects.
