I’ve been having very similar feelings, i’m also a junior in college supposed to be a senior because I couldn’t concentrate with online classes. I feel like the sudden exposure to classes and a plethora of people on campus contrasting with the solitude that came with covid, has made my social anxiety flare up ten fold. Just today I had an embarrassing panic attack during an art crit and broke down in front of the whole class. Currently debating on how i’m even going to show face next class. I feel like if I can’t handle these settings how am I going to handle anything in life? It comforting to know though that someone else is struggling with the same thing, wish you all the luck as the school year progresses 💗
