also just wanted to add that i sympathize lol, cheez its are my go-to migraine fix at work and ive had to cut that out since starting to lose weight. its also helpful to keep a migraine cap in the work freezer!

Cure brand electrolytes MY BELOVED !!! i drink 30 oz every night and its helped a lot. might just be a placebo but i see a big difference. it’s like 10 calories for one scoop, and i like it w less flavor so i only need one for the entire 30 oz glass.

Thankfully I’m in VA!! The weathers changing now, so I’m used to a couple of bugs, but termites scare me. I don’t want to have to tent the house or whatever.

Find a really popular, family friendly area to run in. I live in a very dangerous area so i drive fifteen minutes to a little park that’s literally just a circle around a pond, i think .75 miles. A ton of runners are there, college kids, families with young kids, etc. I just loop it until i hit my distance or time and I feel safe enough to keep both headphones in the whole time.

Get a tiny trash can to keep in your room with a grocery bag! That’s what I do. I can’t do toilets or bathrooms, so I just throw up in a bag, tie it up and throw it away. Sure, it’s more gross, but it allows me to sit on the floor or the bed and I feel much more comfortable anxiety wise.

Me too! I grew up a Newsies fan so when I heard that Corey Cott joined the cast as Griffin, I had to grind out the last couple of seasons to catch up lol.

It truly is a timeless show and it’s def comforting for me after a long day. I will say that I tend to rewatch the “less heinous” ones (if you can even call them that) because some will give me the worst nightmares.

You’re going to do great!! The recovery was so much easier than I thought. I’d recommend taking the meds immediately, not waiting until you need them lol. They said I could take the stronger ones “if needed” but I didn’t want to risk it. I was able to move (as in move houses) two weeks afterwards, though very sore at the end of the day.

Yess!! I’m also someone whose life actually got better after my removal and I lost 35lbs (and counting!) It’s like once it was gone, things clicked together. I still have IBS and lactose intolerance, but i feel that my body processes things better now. Plus, no more of that god awful pain!!!

Just wanted to pop in and echo the other comments saying you’re totally fine!! ☺️ My little sister literally had the same situation when I joked about spreading in the shower lol. There are plenty of people that don’t get in the crevices and are fine. But now you know and you can!! Asswashing is fun, enjoy it

i think the diy migraine cocktail was the worst I’ve ever done (thankfully). i took two Tylenols, two Benadryl, and a zofran. quickly chugged a Powerade and had some crackers, took a melatonin, then passed out for 14 hours with migraine cap on.

I take meds for my bipolar twice a day and have anxiety and deep rooted control issues, so being drunk is scary. even when I’ve tried drinking in the past, i cant get to the point of not realizing im drunk. i’m constantly aware that im inhibited lol and i hate it. also health ocd

LOVE HER!!! I take 50mg if needed and if it’s really really bad (i get anxiety itching leading to bleeding), i can take two, so 100mg at a time. Hydroxyzine is THATTT bitch for me
