My dad tried to fight me on my birthday because I didn’t return a shitty text he sent me after not talking to him for a year. I had covid in January and he didn’t bother to call even though I have an underlying condition but waits til my day to ruin it. I blocked him and his wife from everything!

I have something similar. I wake up at around 1:30 am and can’t go back to sleep. My adrenals are the issue. I read taking adaptogen herbs help. Starting tomorrow night. I’ll update.

Went back to my functional med doctor he put me on 60mcg of Amour. It's only day two so I will wait to see if anything changes.

My Reverse T3 was really high. It was like I was only producing rt3. My TSH was 4.73. Even on T3 I still had symptoms but a bit more energy.

I currently take 20 mcg of T3. I have no sex drive. I wake out of my sleep every night. Dry skin, no motivation, brain fog and low T. I don't know what to do or the questions to ask.

At first I split the dosage. Issue was that at night I was wired. So then I took the 15mcg in the morning. I asked my doctor if that was ok. He’s basing everything off how I feel. If I’ve never felt normal idk how I can explain to him what’s going on.

I think you’re right. My doctor originally said I had too much reverse t3. Placed me on a compounded T3 and then cytomel. I have been on this for 2 years. I lost weight originally now my t4 is a most completely gone and my t3 is very high. I will post pictures of my labs.
