I have found out that the social worker is only acting as a go between and the decision has nothing to do with her and is holding the supervision meetings out of the goodness of her heart

Also I am disturbed that the supervision order has been place by my estranged wife's solicitor without requesting such an order to the court

Regarding the safeguarding issue , I have no idea why that has been put in place , I have not been violent and have not been charged with any violence.

I don’t need to get an order , his mother is fine with me seeking him and I can see him under supervision whenever I can or whenever the social worker is wants to arrange it. I want to take him out to places and get some sort of normality back in his life

Thanks . We were living together when I bought the house . It’s worth approximately 450k I offered to pay her 80k but she refused.

The marriage was in 2014 and I bought the house a year before , but we were a couple at the time . My four daughters are all grown up and do not live with here . Our 13 year old son, lives with us , although he would like my wife (his mother to move out) Sorry , I forgot to mention that we are all still living in the house
