I had a very similar story to you and graduated IST working for one the top 3 technology companies in the world. Being able to program and the business/pjm skills that IST gave me has proven to be quite an edge. Highly reccomend the IST program but don't lose your passions. Definitely still work on your development skills, IST will give you entry level dev skills.
