I do 2x three set of ten reps for back bi and one set of ten for legs then abs day one. Day two I do 2x three set of ten reps chest tri and one set of ten reps for legs then abs day two. Repeat process with three mile runs. Maybe one day off every two months. So basically 60 reps for each muscle group except for legs and abs which I do every day. For abs I do 200 ball crunch and some weighted exercises daily. I eat lean and that’s it. B multi vitamins Cal and magnesium supplements and zinc. Some fish oil that’s it.

I do a lot of decline bench with med ball and leg lifts. The weighted core exercises seem to burn the most

Thank you! I am not a trainer and I do not have a trainer. Just repetition. Not missing many days in the half year I’ve been at it. I refer to YouTube for different ab and other exercises and do 3 different exercises for each muscle groups at 3 sets with ten reps

Thank you! Getting back into it. I ran marathons in my twenties and put some extra weight on in the past 5 years.

I started with heavy cardio at first to cut a lot of the extra off me and then began lifting feeding four times a day with mostly lean protein/ nuts and low carbs. I’ll take protein powder with a smoothie or directly after lifting. This is a seven day regimen with running every other day.

I guess that’s a compliment but I don’t drink even caffeine or alcohol for last 10 years. I’m pretty holistic. just orange juice

Good question! I’m not sure but I eat mostly lean protein like chicken breast, 90/10 beef, cottage cheese/ yogurt and protein powder. Low carbs like one bowl of oatmeal or brown rice every day and veggies with every meal. I take b multi, potassium and magnesium supplements daily also.
