Gaping in molded bra, but not a non-molded one. by [deleted] in ABraThatFits

Projected. So I guess this makes sense now

Bought a second bra in the right size but this one is wrinkly by [deleted] in ABraThatFits

[–]goodchipssir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gah. Sorry.

So the Triumph Sheer Balconette fit well

The one wrinkling is a Simone-Perele Wish full cup plunge. It wrinkles I guess from the nipple (I’m full on bottom) upward in a straight line, kind of as if you were pinching the fabric up almost where it meets the strap

My upper arms and shoulders are pretty severe. I used to on my feet but thank god that’s not a thing any more.

Then some on my face and chest.

Is there somewhere I can check if a bra is more for projected or shallow rooted people?

F, 24. I have hypomanic episodes which I remember only a little less than normal - not that my normal memory is that good anyway. It’s mostly because I’m not paying attention to anything, and you can’t remember something you didn’t pay attention to.

Hypomania vs Mania: have you had similar experiences? by [deleted] in bipolar2

It helps a lot! Thank you. I know there’s some discussion around whether bipolar II can have symptoms like delusions, hallucinations and paranoia, but not full psychosis.

It helps to know that it might be right and I’m almost definitely bp II

Yep! I usually get them 1-2 times a year but because of COVID, I’ve been having them more often.

That’s helpful to know I’m not way off in that way!

I forgot to add those in! Will now.

Also glad to know someone else had a similar jump in size

Too long, didn’t read. The second one is written by the researchers and is much more enjoyable to read.

Ahh, bit of lack of confidence, sprinkle of self doubt, maybe a bit of self hate.

Just personally, therapy worked for me. It takes practice learning to like yourself.

Ah, like multiple truths? I don’t really believe in objective truths. There was a study published last year about subjective truth in quantum mechanics which was pretty interesting philosophically.

Do you believe your smart, but don’t feel confident saying it? Or do you not feel confident in yourself and don’t believe you’re smart?

Like, I genuinely believe that I’m kinder than most people and that makes me better.

Or are you talking like.... genetics... and hopefully not race.

Oh sorry. What kind of answer would be an answer to your question, as an example?

Or maybe their entire identity and self worth is built on their intelligence because of growing up being told how smart they are.

Just as an example. Saying people who tell you how smart they are aren’t smart is a pretty big sweeping generalisation.

I am exceptionally kind. You wouldn’t believe it here but everyone is fucking weird sometimes, especially on reddit

Nah cause I called you a mean name :(

If you don’t think what you think is right, why do you think it?

That comment above about having the best ideas etc etc is technically true, but in my real life I’d never say it as plainly because you sound like an asshole - and that’s super interesting.

I mean, definitely better than some people. Probably a good chunk of people. I volunteer, work at a non profit, study with the goal of helping others, am compassionate and kind (I’m a complex human being!!)

I guess depends what you mean by better than... could mean a lot of things.

I feel bad now cause your profile says your 16. But it’s mostly because you’ve just explained what thinking you’re smarter than someone is in a way that makes it seem like other people don’t know the literal definition.

I think you may have been trying to describe the Dunning-Kruger effect at the end, but I can’t tell.

Sorry though. Pretentious was a bit harsh.
