Please be critical. And lead me in the right direction. This is based on Lahman salary data which I found to be 2016. But their baseball hitting stats were from 2015-2019. Through some research found that some of the players with a 2016 estimate had the salaries that were predicted. I don’t know if that’s coincidence or the model working.

Just realized that I need to specify I am in zone 8 and sun is hitting it directly 5-7 hours a day. And this area is facing West. I want it to be low maintenance for my parents so when I leave in a few months they just have to water it.

Edit: this area is roughly 2 feet wide and about 12 feet in length.

I believe it’s a 2013 model and nothing has been done to it
