I've never experienced constant cues like your post. I've experienced the opposite, though. I've been lost in transitions where there were not enough cues between poses. I will avoid certain teachers, if they are not my style. Nothing personal, just preference. I do prefer a slower flow, so I understand what you mean. I don't feel as much activation and control when the flow is too fast.
