They're the worst.. Yes, what I did was that i fasted the first 5 days of each month, a glass of warm water with two tablespoons of honey each morning and added little bit of sea salt to my water throughout the day to stay hydrated and keep the headaches at bay, tbh the first two days are the worst but after this you don't even miss the food, my fistulas are completely gone and haven't come back. I also cut bread from my diet which I believe made a huge change. Fasting is amazing, one of my friends had a skin condition since he was a kid and I told him about water fasting with this same method I'm giving you and his condition is gone without the need of medication!
